Basically very good.
I would try to sensibly furnish the room that remains in the attic after adjusting the "new bedroom". It probably doesn’t hurt the bathroom if it’s missing 40 cm (door then also further to the right).
I also see less the teenagers who populate the family room with friends and therefore find the family room practically on the parents' floor quite good. Because it really offers the parents a retreat, when later in the teenage years friends also populate the house. If the children are like my niece, then quite quickly the kitchen with dining area becomes a teenage room for a few hours.
I would also skip the passage to the garage or what is the idea behind that?
Kitchen planning ... I hope it is somewhat different than indicated in the plan. Although I don’t mean the tall cabinet niche, I find that good, but rather the layout of the rows and island.
I would change the door swing from the windfang towards the open plan living area.
