This is not really an option. The roof insulation with wood fiber is supposed to improve heat protection.Instead of the effort of a roof-mounted insulation, one could just as well double the rafters by 6cm. 30cm mineral wool with a thermal conductivity of 0.035 is more than sufficient and may also be subsidized by the BEG (BAFA). The mineral wool can also be ventilated accordingly over the counter battens. The 3cm interior insulation is therefore not needed, so nothing rests on the possibly damp inner side of the vapor barrier.
