Instead of the effort of a roof-mounted insulation, one could just as well double the rafters by 6cm. 30cm mineral wool with a thermal conductivity of 0.035 is more than sufficient and may also be subsidized by the BEG (BAFA). The mineral wool can also be ventilated accordingly over the counter battens. The 3cm interior insulation is therefore not needed, so nothing rests on the possibly damp inner side of the vapor barrier.

This is not really an option. The roof insulation with wood fiber is supposed to improve heat protection.

The summer thermal protection is demonstrated by the double drywall cladding. (Activated component on the inside) The U-value verification ends at the underlay membrane; above that is already the outside air.

The two GK correspond to approximately 100mm HWL

I take back the latter, steico achieves very good values here, the two GK would only correspond to about 50mm HWL dry. (Without comparing the price.)
