Optimal position for dining table in living/dining area

Hello everyone,

I am currently in the process of furnishing our granny flat. I am wondering where the dining table (for 4 people) can be positioned so as not to block the walking paths to the kitchen and the way to the balcony. The large lift-and-slide element has a stop on the right, so it opens on the left. A fireplace has been prepared in the niche next to the sofa, but it is not planned to be installed within the next 5 years.



As far as planning goes, we have already planned the TV corner because, in my opinion, it makes the most sense in that spot. However, I am also open to suggestions here. This was a first draft in the planner homebyme:


I really can't find a suitable position for the dining table that I am truly satisfied with.

I also wouldn't consider on a piece of paper where to place a table of unknown size (in your picture there is a table for six people - the search is for four people). I do that in real life.

My primary concern is: We want to plan a table with a pendant lamp, so we already have to plan the electrical connections, so that the lamp is then in the right place. We have the identical floor plan twice (EG/OG), we will move in downstairs and face the mentioned problem.

You won't find THE position. 1m from the window and 1m from the half-height wall of the kitchen would roughly be my own planning.
