Because the frame is normally slotted together, but also glued to the frame. And the frame in turn is connected to the wall with frame foam. So it's not just done like that, and if further consequences come into play, the proportionality is quickly called into question.

But it would certainly be interesting to first clarify how this height difference came about. So whether it was set incorrectly or whether the frames were differently high afterwards?
