Opinions / Help regarding our floor plan / our garage

Hello everyone,

I would need your opinions/help regarding our floor plan. Attached are a depiction of the building area and a schematic sketch; neither is to scale.

The requirement is a tent roof, so a square floor plan, exterior dimensions approximately 10.5x10.5m. The street (and thus the driveway) is in the southeast, so at the bottom of the picture.

Originally, we wanted a double garage in the northeast (right), but then the house extends very far towards the southwest (left). No direct neighbors on the right, adjacent property on the left.
So just the question, what do you generally think of the floor plan and does anyone have an idea how we could solve the double garage or garage/carport issue so that the house shifts as far as possible to the right (northeast).

Where is the street, where is which neighbor? Can you mark all that? Floor plans without wall thickness and not to scale are rather unhelpful. With a 12 m building envelope, you can’t get too creative with a 10.5 m house – of course, you can also question the house shape – integrate a garage, build over it, etc... But an architect can possibly help you there – it’s a bit more demanding then.
