So there is a floor with garden access without any use. Maybe a tenant will move in or the children use it as a storage room aka playroom that is not used for playing. Children who want to play usually want parents within calling distance; for gaming, fooling around, and hanging out they don’t need an extra room.
You come home, open the front door, crash into the bathroom door, trip over sports and diaper bags, and it goes on like this. A large house with an entrance like in a small apartment.
You want a complete package in effect and not a potpourri of a student shared flat and a villa.
A spacious wardrobe is not a waste of space, but the hallway upstairs certainly is.
The living areas do not flow into each other. There is a reason why stairwells have become extinct in the last 30 years.
The garden is also not integrated.
I agree with 11ant. Into the bin and start over.
By the way, your room aka playroom, gym, condo is pretty much the best part and only artificially darkened by the terrace above.
