Hi Thorsten,

yes, you would have the money and without any further clause, the risk. But it could also be a "courtesy offer" or something similar.

Basically, you can contractually agree on anything that does not violate applicable laws (sometimes unfortunately also that). Therefore, I see no problem in including a corresponding clause. But definitely get legal advice on how this wording should look so that it meets your wish.

And definitely coordinate with the expert.

Hello, I have decided against the semi-detached house. I might be a scaredy-cat, but especially at the beginning, having two such problems at the interfaces with the neighbor would not be a good start. Thanks to you all for now, I will keep looking...
