Hello everyone,
We have just reactivated or tried to reactivate an older Ikea bunk bed "Bislet". In the process, we encountered some minor difficulties:
It appears that some screws / fittings / connectors are missing.
Unfortunately, we no longer have the instructions, which I don’t really need for the assembly, as it actually makes quite a bit of sense based on the parts and the discolored areas in the wood. However, for the spare parts it would be quite helpful to have these instructions.
Does anyone have the instructions or the same bed to take some photos?
Specifically, we are looking for spare parts for the connectors between the upper and lower levels (these are probably threaded cross bolts with a hole spacing of 64mm and the corresponding screws – since the rest of the bed is executed in M6, I also assume M6 for the thread here). Additionally, there seem to be "mountings" for the fall protection on the upper level, as the boards show a recess on the end side for this.
I will also try my luck directly at IKEA, but I have little hope that they still have all spare parts for this old model (it probably dates from the early 80s) – as a last resort I will also make the appropriate parts myself.
