Hello dear forum users,

I am trying to obtain spare parts or at least a component drawing for the displayed shower thermostat (concealed). Unfortunately, I do not know the brand. It is probably not Grohe, Hansgrohe, Hansa, Ideal Standard, or Kludi. Does anyone have any idea.

Best regards and many thanks,

Jan

Hello everyone,

can really no one help me further? I have already contacted various manufacturers - but unfortunately so far without success. Are more pictures needed?

Best regards

Jan

I can only tell you that the manufacturer no longer exists. I went through an overview of valve manufacturers - no results. So either bankrupt or absorbed by another manufacturer. My only advice is to go to a specialist retailer (not a hardware store) and ask the "old" employees if they still remember the logo.

Hello Nordanney,

thank you for your help.

As it turns out, it is indeed Grohe: product 349530 and 19604000.

Best regards

Jan

My husband is a plumber and said immediately: Eichelberg Today Grohe, but maybe the additional keyword will help with the search
