Old building renovation: underfloor heating or radiators?

We chose underfloor heating because the screed had to be removed anyway due to the insulation requirements for the renovation to a Kfw efficiency house. The construction could have been realized with 4.5 cm in the dry system anyway. But I am already glad about the now 8 cm insulation additionally. Since there is no basement, it was clear that we had to insulate from above. The tearing out cost nothing; we did it ourselves. Radiators would no longer have come into the house for me (previously night storage heaters). I find them ugly and more of a "rental apartment style."
