This is basically exactly how it works in the construction sector with the descriptions of construction services. In the medium term, it has become established that, for example, in EL the floor coverings that were still included 20 years ago are often installed by oneself versus cost-saving potential. The builders are happy to "save" something and be able to build an affordable house.
Hardly anyone can afford the 150% anymore.

Yes, it must be clear that this goes hand in hand with a different target group. In house construction, there is then no longer enough volume to keep a nationwide general contractor afloat. A small regional one with a sharp market positioning can operate more economically this way.
