Offer(s) for a new building

Hello everyone,

first of all, I hope I am in the right section :).

I have received some offers for the shell construction, I will show you the one I feel best about so far, it is affordable and the owner seems serious and friendly to me, the references also seemed great. The house is supposed to be clad with bricks.

What do you think of the offer, should I have anything changed?

if you open the file and move the cursor over the image, it usually shows you a magnifying glass ...click on it again, then it enlarges it......

No magnifying glass, it's a jpg, this is displayed as picture-in-picture, I can't enlarge anything here. I don't want to open an extra window, it's too much hassle for me, clicking back and forth.
