The situation with Glatthaar and Heinz von Heiden also happened the same way on the neighboring property. "Unfortunately," the house from the developer is only rented, so I cannot find out anything about the additional construction costs except for the statements from the developer. So far, the tenant of the house has had no complaints (but like me, is a layperson).
Quality looks good, but to a layperson probably everything looks good that is freshly painted, filled, and plastered. (I could definitely live well like the neighboring house was built inside). Whether everything fits under the plaster and the ETICS or the ground, I cannot assess.
