Hello everyone,

We are currently in the final phase of our construction project for a semi-detached house, and now finally the tiler is up. We have now received an offer for the "additional costs," but first, what is included.
WC - tiled
Bathroom - tiled
This is included as standard at no extra cost, but we have a few changes and wanted to ask what you think of the prices. Unfortunately, we don't know much about this and also have no comparison offer since, for warranty reasons, the tiler provided by the site manager "must" lay the tiles.

pos1: Since we have a double washbasin instead of a single washbasin + laundry chute in the bathroom, he wants to charge for the additional holes to be made (extra: 160€)
pos2: Incorporate floor tiles on the walls - approx. 13 sqm (extra: 600€)
pos3: Create a walk-in shower - 110cm x 90cm tile laying plus slope creation (without drain, without tiles) (extra: 1000€)
pos4: Tile ground floor (without tiles) including installing baseboards mitred (per sqm 40€)
pos5: Stainless steel Jolly rail (straight) per 2.5m rail + laying (extra per rail 56€)

All prices are net prices.

Thank you very much!

Best regards, benkler1401

Without specifying the tile size, it's all speculation. But honestly, what's your alternative? Can you just simply hire someone else?

Oh totally forgot....

They are 30x60cm tiles.
Tiles 19.95€ per sqm

Alternatively, the ground floor could be tiled by another company...

The 40 net is already okay, plus there will probably be the primer for 2.50€/sqm (if included, it is even cheap)

Are the 40€ including materials plus tiles? I think that's okay. That's 60€ including tiles. That also works for double.
