Offer for surveying service - too expensive or fair?

I have received the following offer for a surveying service.

Construction project in BW.

CURRENT: Plot (4000sqm) with old building (approx. 300sqm)
TARGET: Demolition of the old building and new construction within the old volumes.

Surveying service offer:
- Basic determination (cadastral, development plan, owners,...)
- Height/terrain/existing condition survey including largest trees in the demolition area
- Later terrain survey in the demolition area
- Measured/drawn sections (2-4 pcs) of the planned building, as well as on the elevations
- Preparation of official area and distance location plans for the building application (7 copies)
- Setting out of the construction project with 1 height indication (1 visit)
- Inserting the batter boards (1 visit)

--> €3,540 gross (including terrain survey after shell construction, including calculation of volume difference for excavation)

If you need all of this, then get comparison offers. Much of the described service actually belongs to the planning service or the service of the [GU]. So that you don’t pay for it twice.

I had a surveyor on the construction site exactly once. That was the surveying of the house after completion. It was charged according to the fee schedule. That one visit was extremely expensive, especially since the surveyor surely measured several sites that day.

The existing building has already been recorded in terms of location.
