16 dynamic core drillings and 16 soundings? .

This also unsettled me a bit... I don't know if the number is greatly exaggerated or if "more" is better here? I have received 2 more offers.. one with 2 dynamic core soundings (RKS) and 2 heavy dynamic soundings (SRS) up to 6 meters depth, another with 5 RKS and 5 RMS each up to 5 meters depth. Otherwise, surveying of the drilling points, soil samples, frost action classes, foundation recommendations. Contamination, explosives, etc. What is sufficient in terms of number and depth? Both are priced at 870,-- gross including travel. Planned is a approx. 140-150 sqm single-family house with basement on the 720 sqm plot. Many thanks for your information!

The quantity 16 for the drillings is based on the linear meter. For 16, I estimate 2 drillings of 8 meters each. At least, that's how it was specified in our offers as well.
