Offer for shell construction of a single-family house with 2 floors, basement, and double garage

The cost estimate from the architect for the house was about 485k.
Is a relative, already built a house as well... You cannot fault the quality.

What do you think about the earthworks? They seem a bit cheap to me compared to what I often read here.
The plot is flat and we have gravel soil.

The Eventual is more of an update for me, which is not the case with some things. It would be more correct to mentally distinguish between bauseits and eventual.
