Offer for shell construction of a single-family house - earthworks too expensive?

What, you don’t have a civil engineer? Who will then excavate your foundation pit? Because this is not included in the attached offer.

If a separate civil engineer has to do the backfilling as well, they have to come a second time, since the backfilling is only done after the basement.

Our prices in 2017 were 11 EURO net for backfilling with soil. With lime, it was 25 EURO.

Disposal including landfill fees was 28 EURO net.

I have looked at your other prices. You are about 15 to 20% above our 2017 prices.

Above all, I find your exterior masonry expensive. We built with UNIPOR WS 07 CORISO 36.5 cm, i.e. a filled brick, and were at 99.58 EURO per sqm.

We are still in the offer phase. Therefore, we will first obtain offers from civil engineers.
Unfortunately, I don't have a real comparative offer; shell builders are currently really scarce here.
I was glad that we even received an offer from a shell builder.
