Offer cost for excavation of building pit and canal fabrication

This statement is correct as it is, nevertheless the price quoted is quite a "mouthful"... not only regarding the replacement of the soil and even for Bavarian standards!


YOU should definitely do that. Who provided this cost estimate, your general contractor/specialist contractor or did you request the costs from an external civil engineer?

I would be interested as well, especially since the price seems quite harsh. For us, the excavation is included in the house price according to the building contract. We only pay 12.50 per ton for removal and receive weighing tickets for this.

Hello everyone,

I have received the offer from an external civil engineering company, since the excavation of the construction pit is not included with the house for us, only the invoice verification. Our construction planner also thinks that the offer is overpriced. I have now contacted more earthmoving companies and hope for cheaper offers.
