The 20% refer to the costs for the house without technology and without basement, but finished with interior plastering. Size is 8.5 x 12.5 with 12 sqm technical room and 2.30 knee wall, 25 degree gable roof. 117 T€ vs. 137 T€, without carport.

Yesterday, a neighbor looked at the offers. The only difference would be blown-in insulation (with the cheaper provider) vs. complete wood fiber insulation (with the more expensive one). But that can't be the difference... Do you have any tips?
