Hello dear forum community,

I have just received my first offer and would appreciate a review with an appropriate evaluation and/or tips.

As always: Please excuse any generalizations or incorrectly applied terms, I am certainly not an expert. I try to describe as structured and sensible for me as possible.

Offer content 1 among others:
Shell construction including floor slab, roof frame, concrete stairs, roller shutter boxes, rainwater cistern, carport
Offer content 2:
Electrical work

Details see attachment

The house:
Type: solid construction according to the new energy saving ordinance, no KFW
Size: 11.36x8.99, 155m², 2 full floors, no basement
Location: Lower Bavaria (I think whether Schwabing or Bavarian Forest makes quite a difference)
Construction company: regionally based

To be separately contracted:
Heating and sanitation, windows, electrical work (presumably), interior finishing, painting and plastering work, etc.. (possibly also carport and roller shutter boxes in connection with windows - if reasonable)
-> I have an expert for almost everything in close family/friendship circle here

I have mostly anonymized the offer because I think that is proper towards the provider. A meeting/negotiation appointment will follow shortly, as well as at least one comparative offer.

Would you prefer a discount in euros or in-kind discounts such as additional services or higher-quality materials (e.g. bricks)? An in-kind discount probably does not hurt the provider as much and might make the most sense for both sides?!

Thank you very much in advance!

Oh, please no ZIP. Very few are willing to open those. Screenshots, photos in jpg or png, or PDF are best.

And above all, truly anonymize. Coloring over it with a marker and then scanning it does not help, I can clearly read the name.

Obtain several offers, compare them yourself, and then draw your own conclusions. And if something is still missing, ask.

You have uploaded a total of 10 pages of offers here -- I'm curious -- with who knows how many individual items. Why should anyone put this through a review that then has added value for you?

Why should anyone here discuss the pros and cons of, for example, aerated concrete compared to perforated bricks with thousands of characters and provide added value to people here?
Isn't this forum partly intended for that?
A detailed description for a meaningful opinion is always demanded here when people are interested in prices for not precisely defined products or services. That was my intention.
I would have been interested in an evaluation of the offer but also the materials offered.
You don't necessarily have to do that...
