Obtain floor plan - 2 floors plus basement on the slope

Show the elevations of the existing terrain (preferably also as contour lines / measurement points in the site plan). But someone seems to have a penchant for 24 cm interior walls, I would say. And as much as I generally welcome discipline in the colorful zoo of window formats: especially the south facade here also gives it a touch of multi-family house charm.

Nice design - I especially like the spacious children's rooms.

What about the price estimate?
