Ok, strange. Just before Christmas I also had a problem with our heat pump from AIT, and someone from the factory service was there within 3 or 4 days. I would definitely have a technician come, maybe you're lucky and it's just something minor.

Hey, so they told me on the phone that it's 99.9% the compressor and that's why no one is sent beforehand. Only when the spare part is there :-/

Yes, unfortunately it will be like that. As I wrote in the other thread, compressor failures are unfortunately increasing with this model series. They all initially announce themselves with error 704 during hot water preparation...
