Hello everyone,
quick question: The financing is secured and the contracts arrived today, the notary appointment will take place within the next 10 days.
From a cost perspective, does it make a difference whether we register the mortgage directly afterwards with the same notary or do it separately?
Background: We have additionally included a mortgage on a second property, the land register must also be accessed accordingly and a change of priority must be made there (grandparents still have a right of approval for the loan there, but there is a written release and confirmation of the priority waiver, which the bank has also accepted).
Thanks for a brief assessment and have a nice Sunday!
