And what does the seller have to do with your house design now?
Is there a misunderstanding here? Who is buying from whom? Is it a developer?

As mentioned above: the notary will send you the pre-prepared contract for review and inspection.

"We submit through a financial advisor ..." doesn't mean anything other than that you initiated this procedure? Why then did you not ensure that copies of the documents are sent to you?

I expressed myself incorrectly. We submitted our documents (earnings, proof of equity, etc.) to the financer & the bank still needs from us the aforementioned documents regarding the land purchase.

NO MATTER: The seller of the land contacted us earlier & the documents are being sent to us.
