Notary and its costs, what is included?

Hello, our provider has set the notary fees on our "Preliminary contract", which is non-binding.

I have already researched, but I am not quite clear about it.
In advance, I want to create a list where all costs due before the start of construction are listed.

Who can help me? Notary fees are stated as 1.5% of the purchase price. What does that include?
Is this already the total price, or which other items are added?

The notary comes into play for:

- Property purchase
- Mortgage registration (for financing)

I don't know how it is with prefabricated house providers and whether the contract is also signed at the notary. If yes, that costs extra.

Your provider will probably not know how much money you will enter as a loan in the land charge. With us, it was pre-entered for a lower amount. There is a good calculator that calculates the notary costs for you; here you can also evaluate the land charge fees.
