.. because no one knows the property, no one knows the exact plans, no one knows exactly in which area you are building, no one knows the building description and the planned equipment, no one knows the bill of quantities, no one knows the "quirks" of your architect, and no one knows how the craftsmen factor all these components into the prices.... basically, you are just groping around in the thickest fog... you should draw up a very detailed bill of quantities and send it to various prefabricated house manufacturers and wait for their offers, then the fog will clear...But it's strange how many opinions I get about the price. Some say it's way too high and others too low. At some point, you really don't know where you stand anymore and whether you should start the project now or not :)
