1. Junk offer 2. you have no idea at all and ask a forum about an investment sum of 400k 3. buy expertise, before that buy a few books about house construction

Wow...what a qualified comment. In recent days, such comments have been accumulating. If you have nothing helpful to contribute, then maybe just leave it be - I do the same.

Even if the tone is not the nicest, I at least agree with 2 and 3. A lot of money is being spent and a lot is apparently meant to be done and planned by oneself. It is advisable to seek professional help (at least occasionally, preferably ongoing). Not every house construction goes smoothly.

I would not build without an installation level, otherwise every socket and every nail etc. goes through the airtight layer.

Also, plasterboard on OSB on the inside.

240 mm insulation is nothing special.

I would not build without a ventilation system...

But this forum is there to get an independent opinion, isn’t it? What is the point of running this forum if it is always referred to seek professional help?

I assume that it is obvious that this forum is only for getting suggestions and opinions, but then working with professionals afterward.

Nevertheless, as long as the tone is appropriate, one can express everything initially and discuss it.

, you are of course right. Nevertheless, I know that you can also follow lay opinions until it’s too late. A strict piece of advice belongs just as much to good manners as help does – as far as you can manage it as a layperson.

: I just gave some thought to this installation layer... OSB is actually also diffusion-tight, right? If you then stuff the installation layer with insulation wool, doesn’t it rot there as well?
