What excites me about this plastic pipe is that they are easier to connect than the copper pipes. The copper pipes usually last a long time, but the soldered joints do not. The plastic pipes can be glued well.

Wouldn't the answer have sufficed once?

Hello Kaffeebart,

I only see one reply, what do you see?

Sometimes there are technical problems with the server and so that can happen occasionally.

Back to the topic. We use exclusively PE pipes and use these for drinking water, but also for drainage.

Posts 7 and 8 from Bastian were meant by that. ;)

And I agree with you, for drinking water I would also prefer PE. Easy to handle and depending on personal preference less chance of absorbing contaminants.

That is true and that is double. We exclusively use only plastic pipes now and they are easy to work with. The time of copper pipes for drinking water lines is simply over.
