when I see in the evenings how the neighbors try to water the lawn with a flower nozzle. people seriously, just calculate how little water you actually spray on. if you run the sprinkler for 1 hour in the evening and it produces 1m³ of water for 300sqm, each 1sqm gets 3 liters (3mm rainfall). if you now swing a flower nozzle over the lawn for 10 minutes, with perfect distribution (hrhrh) each sqm gets at most 1/6 (more likely less because flower nozzles have less flow) 0.5l/sqm in total, which corresponds to about 0.5mm of rain. that only wets the surface and evaporates on the way to the green. do it right or don’t do it at all. that way the lawn only burns more. strange though that so many do it wrong and are too stingy for a sprinkler. set it up, turn it on and enjoy a beer. but apparently it’s more fun to constantly swing around with a flower nozzle... the people with sprinklers have a lush green lawn, the stingy ones have a field

Hello,

if you have bought a high-quality, fresh lawn seed mixture, then it will turn out well with a beautiful lawn. It is really important that the grass seeds do not dry out once they have germinated. Then you have to keep the lawn moist several times a day. Otherwise, you only need to fertilize regularly and mow twice a week.

Best regards
Sabine

We will mow a few more spots again - but it has already improved. Water several times a day... Lawn, packages, and children do not seem to be for working people...

I had dense and extensive lawn with high-quality grass seeds when sowing last and the year before last (also in the warm and dry period) and a little watering after a few weeks. The grass seeds liked it warm and moist. But I had done green manure beforehand and also worked in some starter fertilizer when preparing the area for the lawn.

from on the go
