Good day everyone,
I am new to the forum and would like to say hello but also immediately describe my problem.
We are currently planning the new construction of a city villa measuring 10x10 m. A basement is to be built and that is where the problem lies.
According to the plan from the civil engineering office, the average groundwater level is at 2m. Of course, a waterproof basement should be built, but where to put the pumped-out water?
Has anyone had experience with how much it can cost to dispose of it via public drainage? How does it look if you simply drill a [Sickerschacht] on the property and lead it back there? Is something like that sensible - possible?
I look forward to stimulating/exciting answers
Many greetings from Bavaria
