Good day everyone,
I am new to the forum and would like to say hello but also immediately describe my problem.
We are currently planning the new construction of a city villa measuring 10x10 m. A basement is to be built and that is where the problem lies.
According to the plan from the civil engineering office, the average groundwater level is at 2m. Of course, a waterproof basement should be built, but where to put the pumped-out water?
Has anyone had experience with how much it can cost to dispose of it via public drainage? How does it look if you simply drill a [Sickerschacht] on the property and lead it back there? Is something like that sensible - possible?
I look forward to stimulating/exciting answers
Many greetings from Bavaria
Sonja:)

With a very high groundwater level, you will probably have to discharge the water directly into the public drainage system. Otherwise, just call the city - they should know.

If you soak it away on your site, it ends up where you pumped it from.... I don't know what it costs to discharge it. But it shouldn't be too expensive. I would try to set the basement as high as possible. The basement may be watertight. But still in 30 years? With 2 meters groundwater level (at your level?) you could just about place the floor slab in the water, right?
