Good day everyone. In our new multi-family house, we have some problems with the heating system (pellet boiler with underfloor heating). The flow temperature of the underfloor heating is correct after a maintenance. But now the underfloor heating is making a terrible rushing noise. Also at night. If you briefly close the valve in the distributor box, the rushing stops. Before I call the heating engineer again, I wanted to get some tips here. Could it be that the heating system was refilled and there is too much air in the system? Or why is the underfloor heating rushing now? Before the maintenance, it was whisper quiet.... Nothing was adjusted at the distributor box in my apartment. Not even the room thermostats etc. Many thanks!

How much has the supply temperature changed? What was/is the return temperature? Possibly a higher flow rate has been established, which is now causing noises.

Hello. The flow temperature of the underfloor heating is now lower than before, at about 35 degrees in the boiler room and about 23 degrees in my apartment. The circulation pump was replaced and possibly adjusted. But apparently water was also added to the system, as there is a water hose lying in the boiler room.... Do I have to tolerate this noise, or can I file a complaint? I am the owner, and the heating system is not even 1 year old. Thanks

If the pump pressure is set too high, there will be noise... since this was also changed, that's probably the reason... my opinion as a layperson.

What kind of heating and circulating pump do you have (Grundfos?)?

I would lower the pump pressure and observe if it gets better.

Maybe the flow rate had to be significantly increased because the supply temperature was lowered. Somehow the energy has to be transported.
