How would you decide - a complete new development area, 40 new building plots. However, north-facing slope. The plot that is completely on the outside, at the edge of the village and at the end, is in our opinion the highest, but it has a small village street directly in front of it. On the other hand, a free edge location with a magnificent wide view and sun from morning till evening. We would thus have a garden (8 m) "at the back" (east side) free, as well as the other half of the garden (11 m) on the west side with the turning street (since it is a corner plot). But only one direct neighbor house - on the north side. Two sides free view (south, however, unfortunately over the street).
Or on the other hand - a plot "in the middle". Where you would have the garden facing south, but also 3, 4, 5 new plots around it and looking up the slope (there is a 10 meter difference in height compared to the previously mentioned top plot).
We have actually always been of the opinion - rather distance, not so many neighbors so close, and wanted to have an edge location so much. Nevertheless, the reactions so far have been rather horrified. "Why directly on the street??"
What do you think, how would you decide? We are confused and uncertain.
Thanks already.
Regards, Bella
