New construction wall design drywall partition prefabricated house

We are currently in the final interior finishing stage. The ceiling is a concrete ceiling; we sanded it once and then coated it, no non-woven wallpaper. The walls were Q2, although our painter said he rarely experiences such good Q2. He sanded once and prepared the few spots with drywall to Q3. Afterwards, non-woven wallpaper everywhere. He installs it. We coat the upper floor and attic ourselves (attic without non-woven wallpaper, we save money on that). We have the ground floor coated. We have 159 sqm plus attic, and it is a lot of work, definitely not to be underestimated. In the end, it is priming, non-woven wallpaper, first coat, acrylic application, second coat. Our bucket of paint with 12.5l costs ~80€, and we need several. Very convenient is that we can use all his equipment.

One thing I completely underestimated in terms of time: masking. It quickly takes half an hour per room. And the right painter's tape is not cheap either, and several rolls are needed.
