New construction still not completed

Thank you, house construction! I will take care of it. Because as I know my parents, they won’t resist anyway. Of course, it also makes me a bit sad for them – they had been looking forward to their new "future" for so long – they were just retired and finally allowed to move from their official apartment to their desired apartment, and now so much trouble...
