Hello everyone,
Our heating system was put into operation 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately, the roofers placed those black things (I don't know the name, see picture Roof 2) in between. As a result, a lot of moisture has formed and now the beams are starting to mold.
Our construction manager said we should wait until everything is dry and then treat the roof beams; in the long term, we have no disadvantages to fear.
What do you think?
Thanks and best regards
LG
