In NRW, there are the promotional loans from the NRW.Bank with an interest rate below 1% and a 10% repayment grant.

Yes, badly put, "poor people" funding. Have you ever seen the income limits? As a father/mother/child family, you have to stay below an annual gross income of €50,000 to get the best funding and not exceed €69,000 to be funded at all.
These are mainly subsidies for the classic terraced house developments like Traumhaus/German terraced house etc.

No problem. I think this kind of support is great. At least it's targeted. And honestly? As a young family with a child, in the end there's a great living opportunity – such settlements all have similar residents and lots of children of comparable age. A dream for young happiness.
