Hi,
I apparently have finally found something and have a semi-detached house in sight. Since today I have the documents. Among other things, also the construction contract. Now it makes me suspicious that it says "building permit not yet granted". Is that usual? I definitely will not sign a contract without a building permit? It could be rejected and then I have a loan on my neck + notarization fees paid for nothing, fees paid for building description checks etc. for nothing. In the end, there might also be deviations from the building description. Furthermore, the developer, or rather the "created" GmbH, is just 3 months old without any history – apparently there's a real estate financing service provider behind it. Somehow not a good feeling right now, although the semi-detached house looks nice on paper.
