Hello,

we want to have a single-family house built at the beginning of 2018 and have to decide whether to sign the house construction contract this year (with a discount) or wait until next year because of the new building regulations. The land will only belong to us next year as well.

Is it better to wait and sign after the new building regulations?

Regards
b.

Until the end of the year, many are still giving discounts. Allegedly, prices will increase by 5000 euros because of bureaucracy.

Has anyone heard that a bank guarantee is mandatory next year?

We're currently facing the same question...

Discounts should never be taken into account. They are just a means to create pressure.

According to the construction company, the price will increase by approximately €10,000 next year.

Will it belong to you or will it probably belong to you? Is everything financed or is there still something uncertain? Is this really the provider you want? If everything is as it is, sign. What will be better next year that you couldn’t agree on in 2017?

And if you inquire next February, it will definitely be increased in March. These are sales tactics, nothing more.
