P.S. Own contributions as well as the materials submitted in EL are no longer eligible for funding as of 1.7. Remember that.

Sounds more like a troll who has no interest in the European Championship and is looking for entertainment. ;)

What do you mean by that? According to the new KfW conditions? If you call there and ask about the conditions from July 1st, unfortunately no one has a clue! Really, really bad!

No one lends money for undeclared work.
It’s about the return! Is the effort worth it for just over 5% - YES or NO.
It can't be that difficult to have an opinion about that.

Exactly as I wrote it. All work must be carried out by specialist companies. Whether in new construction or renovations. This is a drastic change from the current regulation. Until now, at least the material that you installed yourself was eligible for funding. All of that will cease as of July 1st, when the new conditions apply. It is supposed to ensure that everything is done properly. However, this leads to no funding being available, especially for renovations (which are often done by oneself, such as attic or basement ceiling insulation).
