Hello,
Brave, considering the amount of EL!
That is something at least. Is there a soil report?
So a barrier foil is present. Now the exciting question: did you pull the bitumen sheet under the barrier foil?
I won’t do the devil’s work and give you any advice I’m not sure will actually solve the problem; the property must be inspected on site. Over the years I have gained a lot of expertise, but that doesn’t make me a building expert with the corresponding training and education. But that’s exactly what is needed now; now, not next week or month, but yesterday!
Even though I understand you and can imagine that your wallet is empty—a building expert specializing in masonry will be able to tell you exactly where the fault lies and how to fix it; who dropped the ball. Hiring one does not necessarily require huge sums; moreover, most experts have learned from experience that they are often called in when money is tight. Therefore, they are happy and often willing to accept installment payments.
The bottom line very likely means that it will get pretty expensive for you
Best regards from the Rhineland
we did not have a building expert with us.

The base slab is made of WU concrete.

The base slab was also sealed from above with bitumen sheets. An additional foil is laid in the first row of stones!

Would internal insulation possibly help to avoid cold exterior walls?
