hello forum friends

We are currently planning our new building (240sqm living space, 2 full floors, converted attic). At the moment, a decentralized ventilation system from Lunos e2 is included in our building contract. Does anyone of you have experience with this in new construction? What is the difference compared to a central residential ventilation system with heat recovery? What are the advantages and disadvantages of both systems?

The question was already discussed here a few days ago.

Both systems have their pros and cons.

The biggest disadvantage of the central system: the price.
