Neutral construction consultants - Planning and building

No offense, but if I don't trust my construction supervisor, I have a problem. And basically, I would then ask him to refer me to an expert. Or possibly get advice from a neighbor (in the new development) to see if they know someone.

For the mediation, as harsh as it may sound, I wouldn't really pay anything. There are Verband Privater Bauherren, Bauherren-Schutzbund and co. for that.

You don't have to pay anything for the placement.
