Please imagine the following: You have a question/problem. Then you go to a website and after 4 clicks you find the right expert for your topic. You can contact them immediately and they respond quickly PERSONALLY to you and help you. And they don't want to sell you anything except neutral advice. What would you pay for good advice?

Hello Carsten,
For me, there is (not here at the HBF, but also) good and neutral advice as a free service!

Therefore: nothing!

If an independent specialist consultation is not an unpaid acquisition measure, it will of course result in a consultation fee. The more complex the consultation topic, the more expensive it will be. A lawyer charges hourly rates starting at €240/hour, billed in quarter-hour increments. My construction consulting fee is €110/hour and is a normal, even rather inexpensive hourly rate for experts in the construction industry. However, the old Rhineland saying always applies: wat nix kost´, ist auch nix.

Hello ypg, thank you for your comment on my question.
I think there are great posts here on interesting topics.

I have been "active in construction" for 25 years and believe
that it mostly makes sense to look at topics ON SITE.
I would like to know whether the affected builders also get such help
or if they figure everything out here 100% on their own.

They do, it's called a construction supervisor and it's not a new invention. Or were you planning to jet from Velbert to Frankfurt/Oder just because someone has a question?

Hello Robson, no, I didn’t mean it like that. I don’t mean construction supervisors. Sometimes there are "small things" where you can’t get any further yourself or where you don’t trust your construction supervisor after all. They are all-knowing too. No, I would connect you with someone nearby who can help you because they know exactly your topic.
