Hello dear ones,
we are building a turnkey solid house stone by stone. We have, however, contracted the electrical work ourselves. Our construction manager has now given us the documents for a grid connection. He said to submit them immediately.
The shell construction company is applying for the construction power.
However, our electrician now said that he wants to apply for the grid connection only after the foundation slab has been laid. He doesn't think it makes sense before that.
Now we are a bit puzzled. Who is right? Do we really have to apply for the grid connection so urgently now, or can it wait? Does it have any consequences if the shell builder applies for the construction power and we have not yet submitted the grid connection application?
