Hello everyone,
we have purchased a plot of land in a new development area. Next to us are other plots, with the one to the north being somewhat larger. It was said that a semi-detached house will presumably be built here. In the development plan and the documents from the notary, this plot is also recorded as a single parcel. So far so good.
Now we have completed our house and had it surveyed. The cadastral office has now sent the documents, and from one parcel next to us, there are now four parcels: X/1, X/2, X/3, and X/4. Instead of one semi-detached house, there are now two semi-detached houses.
My question is whether this is allowed just like that. Since an investor is building here, of course they are maximizing the use of the area.
Best regards, MG
