What is so far-fetched about the idea? The provider mentioned by the Doc builds something like that completely regularly, for example.

Absurd? I have a strong aversion to that. Look at the reports about all the nepotism. Houses are being leased on a long-term basis for 15 years, regardless of whether they are occupied or unoccupied. And who pays for all this nonsense? At the slightest indication of subsidy fraud, the big stick is wielded. This is at least just as bad.

Somehow I don't understand the connection right now. Nepotism? At Weberhaus?

: Sorry, I don't really understand the context either now...

What nepotism?

Ok, the bow was drawn a bit further. Nepotism, when from the Red-Green clique, for example, the mayor rents accommodation to the municipality through his brother and receives a fixed rent for 15 years, whether rented or vacant. That annoys me just as much as subsidy fraud because the community has to pay for it.

So everything is good with Weberhaus. We only had positive experiences to report here.

Aha, ok, I understand that now.

But what that basically has to do with a multi-family house in timber frame construction still doesn’t make sense to me.

Do you think the OP wants to build such a thing and then rent it to the municipality for "refugees"?
