I see it similarly to ... I am also just a tenant. For example, I also find it important that floor plans are designed thoughtfully and not just rooms lined up without consideration for their later usability. In other words, things like

    [*]Provide closet spaces in standard depths and widths
    [*]Keep kitchen planning flexible
    [*]Also think of storage space for things like washing machine, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner
    [*]Sufficient sockets, Cat outlets, etc., I like that too as a tenant ;)
    [*]Balcony/terrace
