Mounting dimension 450mm washbasin, manufacturer? Standard?

Since it is a mounting shell, hopefully there is a cavity behind it and not a pipe or something else. I would try fastening it with a toggle anchor, for example Fischer toggle anchor KM10.

Note: This is just a layman's opinion.

And what if you take a washbasin that sits in a (hanging) cabinet? Then cutting off and installing the cabinet is enough. Right? I mean these washbasins like the ones from Ikea, which come with the Godmorgon base cabinet. Or do you have to attach the washbasin separately?
