You don't have to take the 153, you CAN!

A negative term of 10 years? The KFW 153 has terms up to 30 years and fixed interest rates up to 20 years. Whether one views the up to 5 repayment-free years positively or negatively is up to each individual.

Sorry, I confused apples and oranges and had an 'old', meaning a pre-2016, 153 in mind.
Back then, it was only available for 10 years and with the sole advantage of the low interest rate.

I chose the 153 because it has government benefits and is very flexibly repayable.
